Training up a generation to carry the gospel to college and high school campuses across the US and the world — and beyond.
I'm born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, but my family is originally from Ethiopia. My father regularly went back to Ethiopia as a missionary, sharing the gospel throughout the country — and I got to join him once for one of his evangelistic gatherings. That experience stayed with me. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
A few years ago I came to Circuit Riders, a missions organization based in CA, to stretch my faith in a space committed to diving through Scripture, community, and intentional times of prayer together — to see God move not just in our personal lives, but through us.
I was surprised by how others-centered this experience became, and I've been running with them ever since — now as a School Leader, hosting students just like me who are looking to take disciplined time learning about God and pushing themselves to be vessels. It's a privilege and I feel right here for now. The gospel is something I'm still learning, but it's a privilege to learn and share it with such a committed community.
My dad the missionary, my mom the prayer warrior, my brother the genius, and myself the comedian. Grateful to come from them and have everyone in good health, actively praying for me as I live away from home.
A group of students from our January 2026 school were assigned to Burundi and Kenya for their outreach. They just wrapped their time in the field, and I had the privilege of flying out to Nairobi to facilitate their debrief — celebrating all God did across 2.5 months on the road through those nations. The room was filled with prayer, processing, thanksgiving, tears, and incredible Kenyan dishes. It was such a privilege to be a part of celebrating these graduates who proudly dubbed themselves fellow Circuit Riders.
Outreach · DebriefStudents came from as far as Denmark and Australia, and as close as Cyprus and LA County. We spent 2.5 months together with daily sessions breaking down biblical concepts — weeks dedicated to themes like biblical freedom, the Holy Spirit, and foundational Scripture, led by a diverse group of communicators including local pastoral leadership and well-known YWAM leaders. Before this school was even sent out, our Fall teams had already seen over 41,000 gathered, 4,990 give their lives to Jesus, 174 documented healings, and over 6,000 commit to catalyzing their communities with the gospel. One night in South Africa alone, at least 300 people gave their lives to Jesus. I can't wait to share what this winter cohort saw on the road.
School · TrainingI had the deep privilege of leading a team across 7+ states — CA, AZ, WY, NM, TX, UT, CO, and NV — all within 2.5 months. Every day we hosted events on college campuses or shared the gospel with students, professors, and anyone we encountered. I had the personal privilege of sharing publicly in gatherings several times, but nothing compared to a night in Safford, AZ at a church called The Way. It was my first night preaching on tour. I prayed desperately for God to fill me with words and passion. He more than showed up. I broke down in tears, and so did many in the room — some giving their lives to Jesus, others repenting, others affirming their call. It was a humbling reminder of what it looks like to come in real fear and trembling and watch God work through you. This team was unreal, on fire, and we still keep in contact today.
Outreach · SouthwestAbout 85–90 students wanted to experience our Circuit Riders DTS in Huntington Beach, but were repeatedly denied visas. Rather than letting that be the end of the story, our leadership asked: what if we brought the experience to them? So we did. Our team packed up and moved to Machakos County, just outside of Nairobi, for three months. We hosted daily sessions with weekly themes built on biblical foundations — curriculum developed from Circuit Rider leadership over more than a decade. Students encountered freedom and forgiveness, and engaged with Scripture in fresh, relatable ways. It was a reminder that the mission doesn't stop at a visa office.
Kenya · DTSYour prayers are the fuel behind everything happening on these campuses. Here's what I'm believing God for right now — will you stand with me?
Pray that each student would encounter God deeply, be rooted in His Word, and leave fully commissioned and bold in faith.
Pray for supernatural favor and open doors as our teams go out to campuses. That the right conversations would happen at the right time.
Pray for wisdom in planning, full provision, safety in travel, and fruitful ministry wherever God sends us this year.
Pray that I stay filled, focused, and walking closely with the Lord — leading from a place of overflow rather than empty.
Everything I do is made possible by people like you who believe in this work. Your financial partnership sends students, funds outreaches, and fuels mission trips around the world.
